FD XP Reward for every fire put out. Being FD in Ventura the only way to make XP is by just getting the bonus playtime XP rewards or by using BLS. And getting to use BLS as FD is usually a 0% chance since LEO have BLS bags in their vehicles trunk. The XP could be a small amount like maybe 10-15XP per fire and it has a CD. But not getting XP for putting out fires one of the main features of being FD just makes the team boring and not rewarding.
