Character Drops Weapon on Injury but Can Still Engage One-Handed

When you become crippled for example having your arm shot off. It would be more than logical if your character would drop the gun upon losing an arm. But you should also be able to pick the gun up, and continue shooting one handed with an increased recoil and less accurate aim. This would boost realism to somewhat extent since pistols can be fired with only one functional arm.
