I think it would be cool if civilians could rob gas stations and convenience stores in Project Ventura, along with being able to do burglaries where they break into houses and hack safes for money or valuables. Small crimes like these would make civilian RP more exciting and give criminals more things to do instead of only focusing on big crimes or car chases, making the whole system feel more varied and realistic.
