Florence County Fire included into the Hospitals door-whitelist. Generally, most EMS Agencies are given some form of access code to a keypad to open a Emergency Bay. Or there's nurses that staff the hospital that manage intake and help open said doors (we dont' have enough medical players for that). So we should give Fire the access to open the emergency/reception doors.
