Removal of SBI permissions. To put it bluntly, SBI has too many people that abuse it for things it should never be able to do.

Their purpose should primarily be around computer crimes, narcotic investigations (of large amounts?), and abuse of public duties (LE, EMS, Gov). Currently, SBI patrols around like a normal Law Enforcement agency, they do not conduct investigations, they respond to shootings and panic buttons regardless of 5-10 normal LE responding, and they take over calls that aren't capital crimes.

In the span of 15 minutes, I've witnessed SBI respond to a assault at a Target (Why?), respond to a bank robbery (I get it, but they should be requested), and constantly back a panic button (3 SBI at minimum attend those).

It should be heavily enforced that SBI only responds to calls when requested (SRCTU should only be deployed/used during high-risk situations involving mass-crime ["Terrorism"], not whenever we feel like wearing the gear). SBI shouldn't be responding to panics unless requested, nor should they respond to a call unless the caller specifically requests them or an officer requests them.

I've called for SBI before, no one shows, but for some reason, when the call involved an assault at the target or someone with a gun, they like to show.

Again, I'm not saying remove SBI, they just need to be heavily nerfed, they have too much authority/power and there's 9 million of them, I'm seeing too many ghosted SBI Patrol cars, too many SBI responding to calls, etc.

It'd just be ideal to see SBI do more investigating and intelligence (that requires brainpower that many don't have, sorry to say), over everyone rolling around in tac-gear and marked units.

Investigate crimes over the internet/wingr, long-form investigations regarding someone doing chems, homicide investigations, illegal firearms, stings, etc.
