Enhanced Fire/EMS Team Features and Updates

To the developers of REACT Studios and Project Ventura,

Hello, I am writing this suggestion in hopes of our beloved Fire/EMS team hopefully seeing some development updates in the near future. For the past couple of months, I have been attempting to get your guys’ attention on updating our team. The following will provide a brief summary of issues, concerns, and suggestions that not only I, but also other players who feel the same way.

Vehicles: Quint 128 and Tower Co. 128 needed adjustments on the steering, as well as lighting and sirens. A functional aerial ladder would be an amazing feature, although I can see it being abused by players, so if anything, adjusting the steering and ELS would already be amazing. It would also be cool to see a new vehicle on the team, such as a rescue squad or just a new vehicle in general.

The team itself needs a fat upgrade, primarily, more generated fire calls within a more consistent period. It gets tiring waiting 30–45 minutes IN GAME for a fire call. We get enough EMS calls already, but without more fire calls, our team is basically useless and just standing around. I also feel that the physics of the fire & smoke could be more realistic to make the experience more immersive. Additionally, the tone system has been broken for a MINUTE. It not only allows us to be aware when a call comes in, but it also adds realism.

I also feel like the fire team gets pushed to the side compared to teams like JPD or SBI. They get a lot of updates, while the Fire/EMS team barely gets any attention or fixes. A lot of bugs and suggestions from our community seem to be ignored.

Not only me, but many other PV players who enjoy firefighter/paramedic roleplay would love to see more updates and improvements for the team. We just want the fire team to feel more involved and included in the game.
