Rename 'Security Recruit' to 'Watchman' for Lower Security Positions

Rename 'Security Recruit' to 'Watchman'. Watchmen are the lowest security position, assigned to watch a singular post and notify LEO or actual security guards/officers, as they lack gear and training to act on incidents.
