Make the name table (and ranks) only appear after IDing people!

Its really annoying when Im trying to do some undercover stuff and people just hover over me and go "yo sbi"

and this being implemented would also mean police not "metagaming" names, instead they would be forced to ID - and that same person could deny ID to remain anonymous
