Implement Whelen V2V Light Syncing System

Develop the Whelen Engineering V2V (Integrated Lights) System. I know this sounds hard but, if you all can integrate radios and panics, and so would yall with the lights?? Maybe add a "V2V" button on the Whelen control so that players can sync each other light patterns.. Thats all!!
