Enhance Vehicle Interactions: Lean Out Windows, Switch Seats, and Knife Tire Popping

More vehicle Functionality, passengers could lean out windows to aim/shoot. Switch seats while inside of the vehicle. Ability to pop tires with knives, but would break or wear down knife per tire popped to prevent abuse.
