Suggestion: National Guard Entry Requirements

I have a suggestion regarding the future implementation of the National Guard.

Instead of allowing anyone to join immediately, I think players should be required to reach at least one or two supervisory or leadership ranks within an existing government or law enforcement agency before becoming eligible.

For example:

• FCPD: County Board Member or equivalent supervisory rank.
• SBI: Director From sbi
• Highway Patrol: Commissioner or a comparable command-level rank.
• Other agencies could have their own equivalent requirements.

This would ensure that National Guard members already have experience with the server's rules, law enforcement procedures, roleplay standards, and leadership responsibilities before gaining access to a high-level agency.

Benefits:

• Encourages long-term progression and player retention.
• Rewards dedicated players who have invested time into their agencies.
• Ensures National Guard personnel are experienced and mature.
• Reduces the likelihood of abuse or misuse of equipment and permissions.
• Creates a sense of prestige around joining the National Guard
