For the new citation system

instead of making it so the suspect auto sign it (if they run off), you should have it where the cop has to turn in the citation to the like secretary desk at any police station and when they do it automatically based on the information from the citation creates a warrant for said suspect.

the place the officer turns it in is the same area where civilians do self turn in. So when the officer equips the citation a pop up allows for said officer to turn in citation and then the system creates a warrant.
