i suggest u do when a cop tows your car u should have to pay a tow fee and then pick it up but the department that towed your car this is a suggestion untill the towing service comes out but even when the towing service comes out the tow truck should bring it to a lot and u have to pay the tow truck driver or pay to get your car back thats my suggestion
