It would be cool if civilians get a reward in any way everytime they get cited (talking as a LEO main player). This would lead into less police getting shot at in T/S, so civilians have a reason to not shoot the cop. It's so annoying that everytime I try to cite someone for something they clearly did, they either shoot at me because no 32's come even tho i asked, or they run away when I ask for 32's.
