FD Rework -

Centralise FD. One station, maybe two (City and County), make the City station larger (at least two bays, not the single bay), give City FD the Quint (they have all the tall buildings).

Give FD the manual Q siren back, I get that it was abused or whatever, but FD just isn't the same without it, and it's not like taking away that siren has stopped abuse.

FD Tiller insert or free addition, perhaps modelled after LAFD or FDNY or whatever fire department you choose. And yes, you can get a Tiller to work with a single driver, WASD for normal controls, [] for rear steering, like what they do in Coastal Heat:First Response. Could be an insert (like 50-60USD) or, perhaps free content?
