Civilians should have an animation to pull out their firearms and it should be longer than LEOs. LEOs have holsters so it would be faster realistically and they can’t just have their gun out and ready and usually civs just hop out, instantly pull out their firearms, and unload before LEO have time to react. This change would most likely cause a decrease in LEO vs CIV shootings and would require a more thought out plan instead of the low effort shooting RP that is very common as of now.
