LEO K9 Unit: Chemical Detection on Vehicles

LEO K9 Should have the ability to detect chems on cars. Say if a person refuses a search and K9 unit could arrive and run an air test with the K9 (Having go around the car and smell for chems) It should signal a positive by sitting and a negative be going back over to the K9 officer.
