Adjust firearm damage for more realistic combat and EMS/Firefighter roleplay

Decrease damage of fire arms. Its been to easy to kill someone lately like one shot in the torso theyre dead decrease the damage amount of fire arms so it can be more realistic and we can also have more EMS role play and Fire fighters
