Introduce Motorcycles for Motor Officer Role

Motorcycles for VHP:
You have a role called Motor Officer, and the description quite litereally states that they are motorcycle cops. So I think it would be cool if you added them because they can act as a traffic unit, and can improve and add a variety of new roleplays.
