Create a Badge Pocket for Undercover Officers in Police Roleplay

Make a Badge pocket for FCPD, HCSO because its unfair and the UC is useless if the civilian can see your badge. Its just no sense why are you Under Cover if you have badge on you? unless you are an detective you need an badge for that.
