Prevent law enforcement officers from piling on charges to increase jail time. i.e If a character punches a cop, they cannot charge the character for simple assault AND aggravated assault. The “lesser-included” rule means the simple assault charge is swallowed by the aggravated assault charge.

Cops are always over policing the game making citizens be unplayable. They always seem to try and find a reason to cite and/or arrest someone. Plus it doesn’t take long to get the requirements to become a law enforcement officer and cite someone 1500 for “Jay walking”. The target/donut/subway only gives you $10 per sell and LEOs will cite someone outrageous amounts for petty crimes, that’s what makes the game so grindy and unenjoyable.

In most servers there are equal amounts of citzen/target to law enforcement thus making the game unplayable. Tighten it up so the LEOs don’t hold all the power. Make them have to get warrants for raids, unable to charge someone multiple times for a single crime, and lower citations prices so it doesn’t make every player broke within the first 20 minutes in the game.

Furthermore, increase the requirements for becoming a LEO, I’ve seen people get cuffed in a green zone for using a flashlight, they don’t even know what they are and aren’t allowed to do. Unlawful searches happen all the time.

There needs to be more balancing to protect citizens from cop abuse. Citizens need to spend 2k+ to buy a gun/ do chems, but a cop has unlimited resources, they spawn with guns and have the numbers. When citizens get caught in the cross fire they lose 2k+ in gear every time while LEOs just respawn and re equip their load outs. When this happens the player should call a mod but the damage is already done, hard earned money lost, gun lost, and we have to wait a while for a moderator to handle the situation.

TLDR:
LEOs have too much power.
LEOs should NOT be able to put multiple charges for 1 crime just to increase jail sentences, ie aggravated assault and simple assault.
LEOs should NOT be able to cite someone for more than $300.
LEOs are more than half of the server, big brother is watching.
Increase the requirements for LEOs because they are not informed on the rules/laws.
Balance the game so LEOs don’t have all the power while citizens are over policed.
