Add a functional ARC swtich to tasers where you can re-energize a cartridge that has already been deployed on a suspect.

This would be beneficial for law enforcement if they decicde to use less-lethal force on a suspect who requires multiple commands and uses of force before the comply with officers.

EXAMPLE: A police officer is called to Target for a person weilding a knife. The officer spots the suspect and draws their taser on them, and orders the suspect to drop the knife. The suspect refuses to comply, and in response the officer deploys their taser on them. The suspect becomes temporarily immobilized but then after the 5 second stun they still continue to hold the knife. The officer commands the suspect again to drop the knife. The suspect refuses, prompting the officer to re-energize the cartridge that was deployed on the suspect. The suspect is again immobilized for 5 seconds and then throws down the knife and complys with the officer.
