Permit System |

Create a discord and roblox tied system where users can use a command or other form of application service, to request permits/permisson from the county/state government./ owners, of non player owned or worked business. (ex. renting out a parking lot, protests, property permission, ect) hlders of these permits will get a permit tool that can be shown to officers

Permit should not make player immune to arrest or cite for committing crimes not through the permit

Staff would be the ones to approve or deny said permits/permission
