Mail Delivery Services.
Add a mail job in the game for citizens where they can deliver mail to businesses (Target, Strike Point, Dount, etc), apartments (Albany, East Walker, etc) houses (around the county).

The mail service people can use a small mail truck or a box truck and they can be delivering small letters (their license is suspended or their car insurance is expired, etc) and big packages like guns (for strike point), dount dough (for dounts), food / eletronics (for target) and each delivery they make a certain amount of cash and xp.
