I suggest that we turn either Station 128 or Station 131 into a volunteer fire department. In the fire department team menu, you could, similar to the community safety officer in the JPD, choose to play as a volunteer firefighter. You would then respawn at a civilian spawn. It would be good if you could still spawn your civilian vehicles and have them with courtesy lights. If there's a fire department call, volunteer firefighters would get a message either on their phone or a pager, and then drive to the station to put on the bunker gear and spawn a fire truck.
