Civilian weapons draw animations. There is currently no weapon draw animation for civilians, their weapon immediately spawns in their hands. Especially in light of the new weapons system, this makes roleplay as an LEO essentially impossible, as any interaction with an armed civilian will likely result in your immediate death, which you cannot prevent. There needs to be an animation for civilians, and a faster animation for LEOs.
