Display Blood/Bruises on Fists After Assault

So, how guns show up as hot when recently shot, make it so fists have a caption as b*****/bruised/red when a person uses their fists to assault someone. This would be really helpful and realistic in assault cases, as fists turn red and sometimes bleed when punching.
