Having the Target's weapons prohibited rule outside of the Target building. Ie. On the exterior walls, on the automatic sliding door, and the property fence. Having the signs inside the Target and having it in small text is poor signage and it doesn't convey the ban properly. The customers should know before entering the premise or the store itself on bigger text. As stated in Title 10, Chapter 46, section 3, "(a) Knowingly carrying a firearm into a restricted zone — a government building, courthouse, polling place, medical facility, or posted secure facility (Const. Art. I, Sec. 7), or a posted private premises after notice (Const. Art. I, Sec. 31)." If it is supposed to be an enforceable law, we have be able to prove prabable cause that the suspect knew about the ban prior to entering the permises. With the signage being this poor, it makes it hard to prove the knowledge element of the crime.
