Increased XP Rewards for Arrests Based on Crime Severity

I suggest that arrest's give more XP 2 XP is NOT enough an arrest should do as much XP as the danger Like : -Misdemeanor is 15 XP
-Felony 25 XP
-Capital 35 XP
