i feel like this game is too centered around leo, the ratio of leo to citizens is too close and sometimes has more cops than citizens and everything is more in favor of the police and i think that if there were more chem zones in every residential area and on more buying/dealing spot it would help because maybe there would be more citizens and cops would have more area to patrol since cops constantly patrol the chem neighborhood and it makes it impossible to cook
