Adjust Fist Damage and Medical Bills in Combat Scenarios

2 quick suggestions.
1: Reduce the amount of damage done by fists, sometimes it’s nothing and sometimes you die in a few punches which makes no sense.
2: Reduce or remove the medical bills when you die, they only sometimes happen and with the current bugs/improvements needed with guns it dosen’t make much sene to have it (Or at least, at the minimum, reduce the amount).
