Port Authority Police Department

Instead of disbanding and merging the Port Authority Police Department. Transition them into resembling the Port Houston Police Department since the game is transitioning to a Texas based game based on the Houston Area.

PAPD in Ventura is a unique experience for players who first get a subscription and has become an Icon of the game. The PAPD while it has a small player base it is a dedicated one. I and many others want to continue to experience the Port Police not as a Crappy division of FCPD but continue to have it as its own separate unique entity.
