Bravo markers
Used by supervisory roles in LEO.
Pings the location of unit sending the bravo on the push of a keybind
"Radio, my updated location is: xxxx"
"Copy, on: xxxx"
and pings the department the supervisor is in.

Could be very useful in 10-80s or situations where location is needed but panic is not necessary.
Its almost impossible to use the radio and chase at the same time.
The reason I suggest the rank lock is because this would reduce spam and would also simulate a priority tone system in a way.
