Add Vehicle Customization Shop with Modification and Livery Options

For cars maybe add a like car shp where when u drive into it a pop up asks about different modifications. And that could be where u customize ur license plates, MAYBE we can get custom liveries/designs. Like stripes in different areas, custom liveries that are made etc
