Revert to Previous Gun System Due to Lag Issues

Revert to the old gun system. The new system causes a lot of lag (not sure if theres a direct correlation but once it dropped it certainly got a LOT laggier for me. Tried asking others to see if they have similar issues and found out I'm not the only one.
