Change or remove the XP punishment system for police teams, its very common for civilians or others to intentionally go into gunfights, jumping in front of vehicles and such so we loose xp, now I know this system could be for preventing people from going rouge, however rouges dont care about XP if they want to go rouge + its SBIs and moderators job to counter these types of players

Eighter kick people from team or just remove system entirely
