Add Glowing Effect to 2016 VHP Dodge Charger Taillights

2016 VHP Dodge Charger. The taillight for the dodge charger does not GLOW on the ground or the surrounding areas. For example, it has no "BLOOM". When you compare the 2016 Charger from sheriff to the 2016 charger for VHP. The 2016 charger's taillight has "BLOOM", which makes it look really nice in the dark compared to the pale, VHP charger. It's a minute thing but it'd be nice, I am sure it wouldn't hurt or take time to do that? Thanks. Also, Sheriff 2016 Charger does not have a DTRL.
