Adjust the Duration of Day/Night Cycle for Better Player Experience

Please fix the day/night cycle

The time in server to actually see the sun rise after dusk is extremely long, it is very unlikely a player staying in the same server for a 2 hour play session will see the daylight again which is absurd, even 30/30 or a 40/20 minute split between day and night would be preferable instead of hours
