I think the last 5 or 10 minutes of a server's age officially becomes the purge. Think about how cool and awesome that could be. Especially because some roleplay and actions are cut short, or not carried out at all due to the shutdowns when looking at the age of the server. Overall I personally think it's a good idea, and people kind of do it in a way anyway in some cases.
