Add Sound IDs, Car Radios, Movable Steering Wheel, and Transparent Car Windows

obviously soundify custom ids should be a thing, also why are car radios not in game? i think steering wheel that actually move and car windows that you can look through instead of dark windows would be cool, a movable steering wheel too.
