Option for Higher Ranks to Use Discreet Badges for Undercover Operations

Possible for Higher ranks in the HCSD and/or FCPD to have badges like sbi instead of being forced to wear one that will not help any police officers to truly go undercover because it has a badge on him at all times if we have the same badge as sbi we could be such a more immersive and better roleplays
