Add a Ventilation Hood for when criminals do chems because of the new smoke (separate from the chem tables)
Criminals need some sort of way to balance out chems due to the rapid nerfs for making, buying, and selling. The chems would still make noise but would require more role play from officers to know whats going on in a house instead of breaking in the second they see heaps of red smoke from the roof.
