Florence PD and Ventura Highway Patrol should both get their own department motorcycle. Im pretty sure since FPD is based on LAPD, LAPD does have motorcycles, If I remember, LAPD assigns traffic units to maybe use a regular car or a motorcycle. VHP or otherwise known as CHP, should 100 percent get motorcycles. CHP uses motorcycles too. In the Motor Officer rank's description, somewhere I think it mentioned them being allowed to use motorcycles.
