A spew of different suggestions:

1. When someone LTAAs in cuffs we should be awarded XP. To prevent any abuse XP should be 5-10XP for LTAA.

2. Arrest XP boost. Right now people are more inclined to cite someone for arrestable crimes due to a higher reward. Arrests should be rewarded with more XP. I think XP per charge, and TYPE of charge would be a great addition and would be widely loved by the community. Say I cite someone for jaywalking and spitting on property. those are very minor citations and each of those two should reward me 2XP, so 4XP in total since there are two charges. For a murder arrest, we should get 50XP or so to award our efforts and success with arresting a highly dangerous criminal.

3. SBI should be allowed an XP way of joining. I think having a certain amount of XP on an XP locked team like VHP would be a good idea. For example, people with 10,000 XP on VHP should be rewarded with SBI.

4. Add a court system. I know that is a bigger thing to work on or consider. But I believe allowing SBI to remove records is highly abused. I personally have had many SBI agents remove records that they shouldn't have without asking. We could have voting system added in-game for vote for a judge every term. This adds a huge economy opportunity. People can be attorneys. (Whether you make a bar certification, or people trust someone to represent them). This makes people able to pay for attorneys, and attorneys charge to defend their clients. The court system has a discord server where you make a ticket and request a court date for many reasons, lawsuits, record removal, or to fight a charge you were given. but NOT criminal proceedings to set charges for crimes a player may have done.

5. Increase all PD teams to Upper Class citizen. and raise FD to Middle Class Citizen. There is no reason why we need new players as officers. The countless times I see a new player as an officer and straight up causing chaos is outstanding. Same with FD. They always run from police, are found having guns, or straight up join pursuits or kill everyone in their path on the way to a panic call.

6. Please add firearm licenses.

7. Please make joining a police department or government agency a lot harder with a record. If this is added, a record data wipe would work since records don't do anything against someone right now. People with 10+ felonies and capital charges should not have any responsibility being in a authority position. Yes there are false arrests sometimes, but thats what the court system could be REALLY useful for. Having 2 felonies in the last few days is not stopping anyone from abuse. Especially since theres no moderation punishment for light abuse or negligence. Maybe this suggestion is too harsh, but I and many other people would like to see records actually be punishment. I could get off the VHP team and shoot up a target without any worry, because I face no punishment. 30 mins of jail time is not a punishment and does not make people hesitate crime like in real life. I just wish for having a record to actually hurt you. Maybe even with guns. If you have felonies, you cant legally buy a gun. Have an illegal dealer. This game is based off cali, the most gun strict state. Yet Ventura is the lightest if not total lack of gun laws.

8. Remove all the useless charges. Reckless drone op. makes zero sense for this game. Just as one example. All it does is hog up space and make finding the actual charges you want 10x harder. And add more charges that make sense. Impersonation, solicitation to commit a crime, etc. Great charges that for some reason are not found.

9. Last suggestion. Add a short info text under each charge to explain what they are used for/mean. There are a lot of stupid people in this game (not to be rude). Who charge people for things that don't fit since they don't know the meaning. For example, first degree murder. Have a following text underneath that says "premeditated, intentional killing".
