Implement more functions to the in-game phone. Allow players to access a functioning in-game social media app where you can tweet & potentially have in-game meetups, allowing more roleplay scenarios for both civ and law enforcement(e.g. intelligence & public engagement). Having more functions to the phone would possibly also add more ways of gaining money & XP legally(e.g. Food delivery, Transportation, etc).
