Have a fully functioning detective system. Not just for VBI but all LEO teams. Lets us identify the body. Let us search it. Let us be able to figure out the bullets. Run BALLISTICS. Find who it’s registered to make it harder to kill someone and get away with it. Let us actually have stuff to do besides shoot people and do traffic stops.
