HCSD Volunteer rank below "Deputy Sheriff", and if this does come to play... Make sure that the volunteers don't have access to the handguns from the armory, as they are, you know it, volunteers. Then when they get enough XP, then they can become an actual "Deputy Sheriff". There's been many Deputies RDMing and going rogue, so this is why I'm suggesting this.
