Have all LEO departments issue parking tickets (Security is not allowed to issue 'tickets.) Let all LEO departments issue parking tickets to illegally parked vehicles. I've been sometimes seeing illegally parked vehicles or not correctly parked vehicles around Ventura and wondered, "Except towing them, why not issue vehicle parking tickets?" I dont know if there has been vehicle parking tickets yet but would still like to love it that you can issue parking tickets.
