Allow Law Enforcement to add charges to someone who is already in jail, it is very often that an inmate goes in for a 5 minute charge and yet manages to kill someone and not get the charge for it. In real life, you WILL be pulled out of prison and put on trial to add any charges necessary. If an inmate goes in for obstruction of justice and stabs someone they should have to serve the extra time of their attempted murder / aggravated assault charge/s.
