Include tools like a broom, trash bins, and GPS for the route. Add an extra feature where the engine becomes disabled and catches fire if a garbage truck crashes more than 5 times.

Add a Department of Transportation (DOT) role and Facility with responsibilities including vehicle towing, changing tires, traffic light repair, oil spill cleanup, clearing debris, snow plowing (for winter), storm cleanup, and managing detours, lane closures, and construction zones. Include tools such as cones, initial absorption, drill, portable signs, and power saw.
